This film is about the journey of a band in 80’s where
rock genre becomes a phenomenon in Malaysia.
It shows how the band known as Rimba Bara try to build up their image and name to be a
popular band at that time.
The comedy genre of the movie really hit the note by the
appearance of the top cast such as Khir Rahman, Que Haidar, Hasnol Rahmat and
many more under the director Mamat Khalid who is well known for this type
genrer of movie really make Rock something precious to be presented to the
audience.
Up and downs to become a popular band with full of social
critics make this movie something really unique. But in term of cinematography
and camera angle is a bit lack.
7/ 10 for this movie.
